Dear Parents/Guardians:

To assist in supplementing your child’s field trip admissions throughout the summer, the first trip will be bowling on TBA. 

Your child will have the opportunity to participate in the “Bowl-a-Thon” being offered.  The proceeds will be split 50% to be used exclusively for your child’s admissions to events throughout the summer and the other 50% will be used to supplement the program costs. Your child will be able to bowl, their participation in the bowl-a-thon is not mandatory. 

Each youth’s individual proceeds will be held in a special Recreation Account.  You will receive a receipt and with each trip your child takes the cost will be deducted from his/her account if applicable.  Your child’s account information will be available at all times.  The monies collected will only be used only for your child’s admission costs on the various field trips.

If there are unused funds at the end of the year, it will not be refunded; it will be placed in the general Parish Summer Recreation fund.
